For large volume orders, processing time may be slightly extended. We will notify you in advance if this occurs. - Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted international and domestic logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or by sea/air freight depending on your needs.
Customers may also choose to arrange their own forwarder. Please contact us to coordinate. - Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
For FOB orders, the shipping cost is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. - Estimated Delivery Time
Express delivery: 5-7 business days
Air freight: 7-12 business days
Sea freight: 15-35 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local handling. - Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number and link for you to monitor the shipment status. - Customs & Duties
